Physiotherapy Director

Kauvery Hospital seeks a dedicated and experienced Physiotherapy Principal to provide academic and administrative leadership to the Physiotherapy College.

About the Role:

• Academic Excellence: Plan, implement, and monitor academic programs as per University, UGC, and statutory council norms.
• Faculty Guidance: Supervise curriculum development, research, publications, and participation in academic forums.
• Clinical Training Integration: Ensure effective clinical training by integrating with hospital services and maintaining proper records of academic, clinical, and administrative activities.

• Administrative Management: Oversee day-to-day administration of the Physiotherapy College/Department, manage resources, and ensure infrastructure adequacy.
• Faculty Development: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty members, prepare budgets, and comply with statutory regulations (UGC, State Council, University guidelines).
• Quality Assurance: Facilitate audits, inspections, and approvals from governing bodies.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build collaboration with healthcare institutions, universities, and professional bodies, organize workshops, CMEs, and conferences.
• Institutional Reputation: Strengthen institutional reputation through engagement and community outreach.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong Leadership Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of physiotherapy education, pedagogy, and healthcare trends.
• Research Orientation: Publications in reputed journals and ability to balance academics, clinical, and administrative responsibilities.
