Leadership Opportunity

Key Role: Head of New Product Launch Management. Oversee all aspects of product launches, including in-house developed, in-licensed, and co-developed products.

This leadership position will support New Product Development project management, working closely with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches. Key responsibilities include partnering with regional leaders and key functions to ensure timely adherence to NPL milestones, driving excellence in launch management, and collaborating with regional heads to deliver accurate data on NPL timelines and replenishment plans.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree or higher in a relevant discipline, such as business administration or pharmaceutical sciences. They will have at least 20 years of experience in planning, NPL, or a related role in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, with proven leadership and management experience. The candidate will also have deep knowledge of planning, product development, regulatory processes, and launch management, as well as familiarity with pre-clinical, clinical, CMC, quality, regulatory, and commercial functions.

  • Develop and maintain integrated launch plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders within and outside the organization.
  • Foster NPL talent through coaching, performance management, and setting clear expectations.

A strategic leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be capable of driving new product launches globally and aligning cross-functional teams for success.
