As a Senior Creative Director, you'll be leading our studios in India, responsible for a growing team of 450+ designers. Our teams create innovative digital products, services, platforms, and immersive experiences for the world's largest organisations.

We're already one of the country's largest design studios, aiming to become the best digital experience and marketing agency in India by building and scaling our studios' competencies across Digital Marketing, Experience Design, and Immersive Experiences including virtual production.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned creative leader who grew and matured in their practice, but remains hands-on and connected to the design community.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Drive the scale and quality of the design operation from India.
  • Elevate design craft, practice, and innovation within the team.
  • Analyse service offerings and value propositions to clients.
  • Provide strategic thought leadership to our organisation.
  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients.

Mastery in Product Design, Service Design, User Research is demonstrated through a portfolio of outstanding work performed by teams led and directed by senior creatives like yourself.
