Job Overview

Main Responsibilities: As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. You will bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Key Performance Indicators: Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. Ensure a positive working environment, oversee and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance, maintain pay plans and benefits programs, assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs, and report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Skills and Qualifications: We are looking for a highly skilled and qualified HR professional who has experience in HR generalist roles, specifically in business strategy, employee motivation, employee engagement, performance management systems, potential appraisal, architecture, project management, team leading, architectural design, management skills, interior designing, technical architect jobs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
