Human Resources Specialist

As a strategic Human Resources Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in championing the development and execution of talent initiatives that drive our success. You'll be a trusted advisor, providing insightful guidance and support across the entire employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to optimize business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, leaders, and stakeholders to foster a culture of trust and collaboration.
  • Oversee various C-level and other projects on behalf of the executive team, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate tasks, leverage data insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Provide proactive advice and guidance to leaders related to HR processes and programs.
  • Manage risks associated with business activities, ensuring compliance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
  • Talent management: recruit, develop, and guide the company to retain top talent.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience as a Human Resources Manager.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams or projects requiring strong collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience partnering with leadership to provide proactive recommendations to business problems, projects, or initiatives.
  • Advanced experience leveraging data and insights in influencing differing stakeholder groups in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, build trust, and establish relationships with stakeholders.
