Leadership Opportunity in Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences

We are seeking an accomplished leader to drive the growth of our EPC business, specializing in HVAC, cleanrooms, and turnkey projects for the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for EPC projects in HVAC, cleanrooms, and allied solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of EPC projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Drive P&L ownership, achieving revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization.
  • Lead business development initiatives, expand client base, and strengthen relationships with pharma and life sciences clients.
Key Qualifications:
  • 18-25 years of proven experience in EPC projects for HVAC, cleanrooms, and pharma/life sciences facilities.
  • Strong expertise in managing large-scale projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with business strategy, P&L management, and organizational leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's / Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with P&L ownership experience.
  • Deep knowledge of EPC project execution, HVAC systems, and cleanroom construction.
