Strategic Business Leader Wanted

We are seeking a highly accomplished business leader to drive growth, operational excellence, and profitability in our HVAC, cleanrooms, and turnkey EPC projects for the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.

This leadership role will be responsible for driving business success, while ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for EPC business in HVAC, cleanrooms, and allied solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of EPC projects in the pharma and life sciences sector, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization.
  • Lead business development initiatives, expand client base, and strengthen relationships with pharma and life sciences clients.
  • Ensure operational excellence through project management, resource optimization, and quality control.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop senior leadership teams.
  • Identify new opportunities for diversification, partnerships, and innovation in EPC and allied services.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's / Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 18–25 years of proven experience in EPC projects for HVAC, cleanrooms, and pharma/life sciences facilities.
    • Strong expertise in managing large-scale projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
    • Hands-on experience with business strategy, P&L management, and organizational leadership.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong business acumen with P&L ownership experience.
  • Deep knowledge of EPC project execution, HVAC systems, and cleanroom construction.
  • Strong client network in pharma and life sciences.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to scale businesses and manage multi-site operations.
  • Understanding of regulatory, EHS, and quality standards in pharma projects.
