Job Title: Program Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage multiple projects, working with a talented team to make a tangible impact in communities.

The role involves overseeing the successful implementation of diverse projects, ensuring the achievement of project targets, and preparing activity reports for stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for forging partnerships for collaborative success, traveling within and outside Mumbai for project implementation, and building a volunteer-mentor base.

A key requirement for this role is the ability to employ resourcefulness in project design, implementation, and monitoring. You should be able to troubleshoot project problems, identify creative solutions, and implement them effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and oversee diverse projects with specialized teams.
  2. Ensure successful achievement of project targets.
  3. Prepare and submit activity reports to trustees and donors.
  4. Forge and maintain partnerships for collaborative success.
  5. Travel within and outside Mumbai for project implementation.
  6. Build a volunteer-mentor base and coordinate with volunteers involved with the projects.
  7. Employ resourcefulness in project design, implementation, and monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in non-profit program management.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
  • A positive, community-focused mindset.
  • Having empathy.
  • Residency in Mumbai.
