Job Description:

As a seasoned transformation leader, you will spearhead enterprise-wide initiatives with a focus on process optimization and quality enhancement across global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Transformation Leadership:
    • Align initiatives with business goals, driving measurable outcomes in areas such as productivity and customer experience metrics.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions leveraging AI and data science.
  • AI-Driven Innovation:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and proof-of-concepts.
    • Identify and champion use cases for AI technologies, including machine learning and automation.
  • Process Reengineering & Optimization:
    • Leverage Lean methodologies to redesign workflows and eliminate waste.
    • Develop and track key transformation KPIs, including AHT and utilization.
  • Capability Building & Change Management:
    • Lead the organizational shift towards digital maturity, focusing on areas like AI literacy and digital transformation.
    • Drive the creation and operationalization of a Center of Excellence for AI-augmented operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory).
  • 12+ years of experience in BPO / KPO / Shared Services, with demonstrated ownership of large-scale transformation projects.
  • 5+ years of experience leading AI initiatives, with a deep understanding of the entire model lifecycle.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

  • Proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, and Power BI.
  • Strong command of automation technologies, particularly RPA tools like UiPath.
  • In-depth knowledge of BPO metrics and operational challenges.
