Project Delivery Leader - SAP S/4HANA Transformation

We are seeking an experienced project delivery leader with extensive expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations to drive excellence and presales engagements.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely execution.
  • Drive solution design and architecture tailored to client’s business needs, focusing on manufacturing industry environments.
  • Provide deep functional expertise in one or more process areas (Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay).
  • Support presales initiatives, including client workshops, solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal defense.
  • Collaborate with client leadership and internal teams to define SAP-enabled transformation roadmaps.

Key Requirements:

  • 15+ years of overall SAP experience, including at least 8+ years in delivery leadership of large-scale S/4HANA programs.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementations across multiple industries, with emphasis on manufacturing.
  • Strong functional expertise in Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, or Procure-to-Pay.
  • Demonstrated presales capabilities: solution design, client engagement, and proposal support.
  • Solid stakeholder management and communication skills with strong client-facing presence.

Desirable Skills:

  • Prior Big 4 consulting experience, especially in India delivery projects.
  • Knowledge of South Indian languages to support local client engagements.
  • Exposure to global rollouts and multi-country SAP programs.
  • SAP certifications in relevant modules / S/4HANA.
