Job SummaryWe are seeking a visionary HR leader to join our global team. As Vice President, you will be responsible for driving strategic people initiatives and transforming our HR function through AI-powered solutions.
You will lead the development and implementation of globally aligned HR strategies, leveraging your expertise in talent management, organizational design, and culture transformation. Your mission will be to architect a world-class HR function that drives business outcomes and supports our growth ambitions.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Lead the implementation of AI-powered HR solutions, including predictive analytics and automation platforms.
- Manage global talent programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and internal mobility.
- Design and implement global people policies, ensuring compliance, scalability, and people-first principles.
- Drive culture transformation and build a strong DEI foundation.
- Collaborate with CXOs and business leaders to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Possess 15-18 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with exposure to global people operations.
- Demonstrated success in leading HR digitization, C&B, succession planning, and culture transformation.
- Experience in scaling global programs and working closely with CXOs & Business Leaders.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field from a Tier 1 institution.
