As a highly skilled and experienced HR Operations Process Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization's human capital management function.

Key Responsibilities:

Interview Coordination: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews, ensuring seamless recruitment processes.
2. Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and responding promptly to queries, thereby ensuring a positive candidate experience.
3. Offer Management and Onboarding: Prepare offer contracts and manage pre-boarding activities to facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
4. Employee Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain employee data in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
5. Payroll and Benefits Support: Process payroll inputs for multiple countries, collaborating closely with payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
6. Employee Queries: Handle employee tickets and inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and systems, resolving them within service level agreements (SLAs).
7. Exit Management: Support the offboarding process, including exit preparations and final documentation.
8. Employee Referrals: Manage the referral program, ensuring smooth tracking and processing of referred candidates.
9. Standard Operating Procedures: Develop, update, and maintain HR operations SOPs to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
10. HR Data Analytics and Reporting: Contribute to data-driven decision-making by preparing reports, analyzing trends, and identifying areas for improvement in HR operations.
11. HR Automation Initiatives: Participate in HR technology and process automation projects, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.Requirements:
  • 1. Experience in HR operations or a similar role, with experience in high-volume transactional environments.
    2. Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems.
    3. Analytical skills and experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
    4. Proven experience in managing SOPs, ticketing systems, and meeting service level agreements.
    5. Strong focus on accuracy in managing employee data, preparing contracts, and processing payroll inputs.
    6. Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
    7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage employee and candidate interactions.
    8. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
    9. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including recruitment, payroll, and HR technology.
