Key Responsibilities:

- Payroll Management: Administer and oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.

- Performance Management Systems (PMS): Implement and manage PMS to foster a culture of continuous feedback and performance excellence.

- Grievance Handling: Address and resolve employee grievances promptly, maintaining a harmonious workplace environment.

- HR Policy Compliance: Ensure all HR operations align with current labor laws and organizational policies.

- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

- Onboarding and Offboarding: Streamline onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance employee experience.

- HR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.

- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve HR processes for efficiency and Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- A Master's degree or HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.

- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in HR operations, preferably within the IT industry
