Capital Raising Manager

We are seeking a skilled Capital Raising Manager to develop and implement fundraising strategies for real estate investment projects in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fundraising Strategy Development: Design and execute strategies to raise capital for real estate investment projects.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate sector.
  • Proposal Creation: Develop compelling proposals to pitch to potential investors and secure funding for our client's projects.
  • Networking: Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts to stay informed about market developments and identify new opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our team to achieve fundraising goals and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Compliance: Ensure all fundraising activities comply with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on fundraising progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in real estate fund management, finance, business administration, or economics.
  • Proven track record of successful fundraising in real estate, with a strong understanding of financial markets and investment principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with investors and stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
