About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Fundraising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to maximize donations and achieve monthly fundraising targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to meet fundraising targets.
- Keyword Research and Targeting: Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for continuous campaign improvement.
- Performance Tracking and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative and fundraising teams to align ads with campaign goals and donor psychology.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and crowdfunding strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in crowdfunding and performance marketing in Indian market.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
- Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and analytics tools.
