Senior Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our fundraising efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in debt raising, financial analysis, and team coordination.

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that requires a high level of expertise in fundraising, financial analysis, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in these areas and be able to lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raising debt from financial institutions, AIFs, banks, etc. through term loans, debentures at competitive pricing.
  • Preparing CMA, credit proposals with new and existing lenders and handling queries of lenders in relation to credit proposals for fundraising.
  • Coordinating end-to-end execution for fund-raising transactions.
  • Managing existing lender compliances, reporting, and covenant tracking.
  • Ability to manage liquidity and investment portfolio.

Requirements:

  • CA/MBA Finance degree.
  • 6 – 7 years of experience in a NBFC or Fintech field.

Desirable Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in raising debt end-to-end.
  • Capability to read and understand financial statements and other financial metrics of the organization.
  • Ability to coordinate with different teams to fulfill requirements.
  • Ability to understand the core businesses and pitch them to external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
