Senior Finance Executive Role

We are seeking an experienced finance leader to join our organization and support the development of financial strategies.

This role requires strong expertise in financial planning, compliance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for organizational portfolios.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align financial strategies with business goals.
  • Provide actionable insights on revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
  • Oversee audits, statutory filings, tax planning, and reporting accuracy.
  • Monitor financial risk, implement controls, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with the leadership team, investors, and external auditors.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, presenting financial performance updates to the board.
  • Build relationships across departments to support operational efficiency.
Operational Finance Oversight
  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and working capital effectively.
  • Lead monthly/quarterly closing processes and consolidation reporting.
  • Oversee treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and investment analysis.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Mentor and lead a distributed finance team.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Build scalable finance processes to support future business growth.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory: CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
  • 7–10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, accounting practices, and taxation.
  • Proven experience in finance, financial services, or consulting preferred.
  • Hands-on expertise with financial tools.
  • Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
