Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Leader

The ideal candidate for this role will be a seasoned FP&A professional with a strong track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.

This individual will play a key part in supporting decision-making across the business through strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting. They will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead global budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.
  2. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to evaluate business performance across countries and revenue verticals.
  3. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages with clear analysis of variances, risks, and opportunities, key drivers of value, and metrics.
  4. Evaluate and analyze potential transactions and product pricing scenarios, including preparation of detailed financial models.
  5. Manage detailed cash forecasts to monitor cash burn.
  6. Support scenario planning, long-range financial models, and ad hoc strategic analyses.
  7. Collaborate with the CFO to develop pitch decks, road show materials, and insightful analysis for capital raises.
  8. Oversee the management of the CAP table, ensuring transparency and accuracy in dilution scenarios.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, preferably in a Private Equity held company or other high-growth organization.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, with expertise in advanced Excel/Google Sheets and experience with Business Intelligence/reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to work with multi-entity or global financial reporting systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Clear communication skills to translate financial data into insights for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multiple jurisdictions and time zones.
  • Fluent, professional-level English is required.
