Job Description

This role will be part of our Global Technology Infrastructure function, focusing on developing sustainable solutions for IT Operations, Security Operations, and Asset Management.

We are looking for an experienced technologist who can lead and manage requirement gathering, design, implementation, and training of ITSM modules/products using the ServiceNow platform.

You will be responsible for leading the implementation project, guiding the team using best practices for ServiceNow implementation, and working with Developers, Platform Architects, and Business Stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry & company standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a similar role in multi-domain SNOW environment.
  • Must have CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) Certification. ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of ServiceNow platform and ITSM modules.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and communication, collaboration, training, and documentation skills.
  • Possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and serve as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource.

Nice to Have:

  • ServiceNow advanced system administration, ServiceNow ITSM fundamentals, ServiceNow certified implementation specialist (CIS) in various specialties.
