
Senior Client Development Manager

This is a high-profile role that requires an individual with exceptional skills and experience in managing relationships with top-end clients, particularly High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of equity and derivatives products, as well as the ability to acquire, advise, and handle complex client relationships.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire, advise, and handle relationships of top-end clients, including HNIs.
- Achieve business objectives of sales numbers, revenue, and product mix.
- Improve business generation from new and existing clients through strategic relationship-building.
- Cement existing relationships and develop new ones by providing exceptional service and support.
- Identify customer requirements and need gaps, and work towards bridging these gaps through tailored solutions.
- Minimum 4-12 years of experience in the broking industry, preferably in a similar function.
- Strong proficiency in equity and derivatives products, as well as a deep understanding of equities markets.
- Certification in Equity and Derivative Segment is mandatory.
- Graduation or MBA qualification is required.
