Job Title: Workforce Optimization Lead
About People ImpactAt People Impact, we're dedicated to helping businesses optimize their workforce and maximize productivity. Our team of experts works closely with clients to develop tailored solutions that drive results.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per yearThis role is a critical part of our team, working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to analyze data and create predictive models. The ideal candidate will have 10-14 years of experience in People Analytics, with a strong background in statistical analysis and data visualization.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and execute a roadmap to automate data collection and analysis, creating visualizations and developing new analytical tools.
- Own and track the manpower budget and spends in collaboration with the Total Rewards team.
- Create and maintain Manpower Plans/ Resource plans and budget models based on business behavior, including costs, labor hours, and leave management.
- Lead the design and delivery of workforce analytics initiatives to provide insights and support the People function and business leaders.
- Develop predictive models to anticipate future workforce trends and their impact on Business.
- Analyze talent to proactively meet operating trends, develop and implement new strategies to ensure efficiencies to guest demand.
- 10-14 years of experience in People Analytics.
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills, with experience in statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- 5+ years experience in capacity planning for medium to large organizations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Industry network and knowledge of industry regulations, trends, and practices.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Providing insights - First-principle thinker who can get to the root of a problem, derive valuable insights and judgments, and incrementally improve processes.
- Interacting with people - Go-getter who can network and interact with a host of people, within and outside the Company and use this data to shape internal programs.
- MBA from a Tier 1/2 institute with a specialization in Analytics.
- Certification in Analytics tools is a plus.
