Job Summary

This role is responsible for the planning and execution of resource allocation strategies to meet staffing needs through the application of workforce management methodologies.

  • Develop and implement workforce management strategies to ensure optimal resource allocation and productivity.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and optimize resource utilization.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage short-term and long-term workforce management plans to ensure optimal resource allocation and productivity.
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to inform workforce management decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and optimize resource utilization.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in business, operations, or human resources.
  • 2+ years of experience in workforce management, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data from various sources.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
