Job Description

We are seeking a Recruitment Associate to manage our recruitment process, from identifying potential hires to preliminary screening and setting up interviews with the recruitment manager. This role involves sourcing candidates online, shortlisting candidates from job ads, phone screening, evaluating, setting up interviews, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and update job descriptions to attract top talent.
  • SOURCE potential candidates from various online channels, including professional platforms like Naukri & Indeed.
  • Craft recruiting emails to appeal to passive candidates.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates.
  • Phone screen candidates via phone to assess their fit for the role.
  • Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally to reach a wider audience.
  • Set up interviews of qualified candidates with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Answer queries about compensation and benefits to provide transparency and clarity.
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire to optimize the recruitment process.
Requirements and Skills:
  • 2-5 years of proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Experience with sourcing techniques to find top talent.
  • Understanding of referral programs to leverage employee referrals.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Sound judgment to make informed decisions throughout the recruitment process.
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field.

The estimated salary for this role is around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. As a Recruitment Associate at Triple, you will play a crucial part in building a strong employer brand to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
