In this key role, you will support strategic initiatives, enhance organizational efficiency, and collaborate closely with the leadership team to drive impactful decision-making and growth across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic and Operational Initiatives: Partner with the founders to drive both strategic and day-to-day operational projects, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives. You will need to switch seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
• Program Management: Lead and program manage our Finance, fundraising, investor, sales & Marketing efforts. This includes developing and implementing strategic initiatives to boost growth, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects.
• Hiring Key Candidates: Assist in identifying and recruiting top talent for critical roles within the company. 
• Process and People Change: Drive organizational change initiatives, focusing on optimizing processes and improving overall efficiency. This involves assessing current practices, recommending improvements, and implementing new procedures to support company growth.

Ideal Candidate:

This opportunity is ideal for individuals aspiring to start their own companies in the future and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The candidate should be a self-starter, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortable working at various levels of responsibility. A minimum of 3-5 years of total work experience and an MBA are required.

• Analytical and Organizational Skills: Possesses strong analytical skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions. Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong Command of the English Language: Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Able to craft clear, compelling messages for various audiences, including internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Technology Savvy: Has a solid understanding of technology and its application in a startup environment. Comfortable working with various tools and platforms to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Multitasking Ability: Capable of juggling multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Shows resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
