Customer Relations Business Development Associate

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Customer Relations Executive to join our Coal B2B Sales team at OfBusiness. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for meeting and onboarding new clients for Coal products, handling key accounts of the zone, and meeting and onboarding new infra, manufacturing, construction, and contractor's clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Meet and onboard new clients for Coal products.
- Handle key accounts of the zone.
- Meet and onboard new infra, manufacturing, construction, and contractor's clients.
- Manage sales and profit & loss of the region and drive the growth engine of the region.
- -coordinate with Supply, Logistics, Finance, and Collections teams.
**Requirements**
- Strong pedigree/academic background.
- Extremely self-driven and hardworking with the ability to lead teams.
- Excellent communication skills and man-to-man sales skills.
- Hunger to grow in the company and add value to SMEs across the country.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations and be completely hands-on.
- Flexibility to travel and fluency in Hindi, English, and local language.
