Human Resource Business Partner Job Description
">This is a challenging role that requires effective employee relations, engagement, and retention strategies. As a Human Resource Business Partner, you will be responsible for resolving employee queries and concerns efficiently and tracking the resolution within agreed timelines.
">You will ensure strict compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. This includes implementing and enforcing the Discipline Policy and Code of Conduct across the organization.
">Your goal will be to maintain an attrition rate of 5% or below through effective engagement and retention strategies. You will drive employee engagement initiatives through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
">You will facilitate engagement action planning, record minutes, action points, and responses, and track the progress, ensuring timely communication of closures.
">Additionally, you will ensure timely sign-offs of KRAs (Key Result Areas) from new employees and during role changes.
">You will coordinate and ensure the completion of half-year and annual performance appraisals.
">Monitoring and ensuring adherence to training plans and performance improvement initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities.
">Conducting exit interviews and collecting data to analyze employee turnover trends and propose corrective actions will help you focus on employee retention by identifying key factors influencing attrition.
">Finally, you will work on branding and intelligence initiatives to boost employer brand presence.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or any related field, with significant experience in HR roles within a BPO/Call Center environment.">
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of labor laws.">
- Experience in handling employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.">
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.">
- Ability to manage and resolve employee concerns effectively and efficiently, tracking and reporting outcomes.">
