Human Resource Business Partner Job Description

This is a challenging role that requires effective employee relations, engagement, and retention strategies. As a Human Resource Business Partner, you will be responsible for resolving employee queries and concerns efficiently and tracking the resolution within agreed timelines.

You will ensure strict compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. This includes implementing and enforcing the Discipline Policy and Code of Conduct across the organization.

">

Your goal will be to maintain an attrition rate of 5% or below through effective engagement and retention strategies. You will drive employee engagement initiatives through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

">

You will facilitate engagement action planning, record minutes, action points, and responses, and track the progress, ensuring timely communication of closures.

">

Additionally, you will ensure timely sign-offs of KRAs (Key Result Areas) from new employees and during role changes.

">

You will coordinate and ensure the completion of half-year and annual performance appraisals.

">

Monitoring and ensuring adherence to training plans and performance improvement initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities.

">

Conducting exit interviews and collecting data to analyze employee turnover trends and propose corrective actions will help you focus on employee retention by identifying key factors influencing attrition.

Finally, you will work on branding and intelligence initiatives to boost employer brand presence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or any related field, with significant experience in HR roles within a BPO/Call Center environment.">
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of labor laws.">
  • Experience in handling employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.">
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.">
  • Ability to manage and resolve employee concerns effectively and efficiently, tracking and reporting outcomes.">
