Job Title:

Researcher

The primary objective of this role is to support the Head Leadership Hiring in identifying, assessing, and presenting exceptional candidates for senior-level positions.

  1. Market Analysis: Conduct industry mapping and tracking to source top talent for mandates relevant to job profile, functional expertise, and organizational requirements.
  2. Candidate Interaction: Engage with potential candidates to evaluate their capabilities, strengths, and limitations before shortlisting and representing them.
  3. Executive Identification: Identify key executives for evaluation and consideration during a search.
  4. Talent Sourcing: Create a target list of companies and executives to match client specifications and conduct ongoing research to gather relevant information.
  5. Support to Leadership: Assist Head Leadership Hiring in assembling and disseminating relevant information.
  6. Industry Research: Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, identify key players, and map out potential talent pools within specific sectors.
  7. Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidate suitability and alignment with client requirements through initial screenings (phone interviews) and resume evaluations.
  8. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and market information within the company's database.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in relevant field
  • 6 to 10 years of experience
