Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our business development efforts in the IT staffing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic lead generation plans to identify and target potential clients across diverse industries.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique IT staffing needs and business objectives.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through negotiation and successful contract closure.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless fulfillment of client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Development within the IT Staffing & Augmentation industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
