Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Key Account Business Development Professional to join our team at Guru Punvaanii Properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets in the real estate sector.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on local market trends and competitor activity
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and local market trends
- Team management and leadership skills
The estimated salary range for this position is ₹10,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
