Account Manager- Sales
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Strategist to lead our business development efforts. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management:
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND PROACTIVE ISSUE RESOLUTION.
- SERVE AS THE PRIMARY POINT OF CONTACT FOR ASSIGNED ACCOUNTS, ENSURING TIMELY AND EFFECTIVE RESOLUTION OF CLIENT INQUIRIES.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES TO UPSELL AND CROSS-SELL PRODUCTS OR SERVICES TO EXISTING CLIENTS AND DEVELOP STRATEGIES TO CAPTURE THEM.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives by collaborating with the sales team to develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Business Development:
- STAY INFORMED ABOUT INDUSTRY TRENDS, COMPETITOR ACTIVITIES, AND CUSTOMER NEEDS TO PROVIDE FEEDBACK TO THE MARKETING AND PRODUCT TEAMS TO REFINESH OFFERINGS.
- Engage in lead generation and convert prospects into clients through effective proposal management and alignment between client needs and proposed solutions.
- Proposal Management:
- Collaborate with presales, technical, and delivery teams to create and deliver compelling proposals, RFPs, and RFQs that meet client needs.
- Market Analysis:
- Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts, reports, and account status updates to internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Our company offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
