Account Retention Strategist

BrowserStack is seeking an experienced Account Retention Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer contract renewal process and establishing long-term relationships to maximize future retention and revenue opportunities.
About the Role- This is a key position that requires strong communication skills, passion for learning, and a desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed customer expectations and address customer issues.
- Manage customer contract renewal process, including coordinating with customer-facing teams and leveraging data-driven measures of customer health.
- Develop and implement strategic retention plans to accommodate business goals and drive contract expansion through upsell opportunities.
- Present to key clients and senior-level executives to negotiate and close contract renewals.
- Remain highly knowledgeable of BrowserStack products and target industries to facilitate retention efforts.
- 2+ years of Inside Sales experience or Account Management experience in SaaS organization.
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear guidance through various channels.
- Passion for learning and growth, as well as a strong desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
