Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations.

  1. International Background Verification: Ensure compliance and accuracy in hiring by streamlining the international background verification process.
  2. HR Operations Management: Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  3. Global HR Experience: Collaborate with HR teams across various regions to implement best practices and ensure consistency in HR operations globally.
  4. Onboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  5. Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights, helping to improve employee retention and workplace culture.
  6. International Movement of Employees: Knowledge of movement of employees across international borders, ensuring compliance and company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on international HR practices.
  • Strong knowledge of international background verification processes and compliance. Experience in onboarding and exit interview processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in the European region.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
