Role Responsibilities:

As our HR Manager, you'll be responsible for attracting top talent, encouraging a high-performance culture, and developing people-centric strategies that align with our business goals.

You'll work closely with our team to shape an empowering and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
    • Drive recruitment strategies to hire top talent across design, marketing, and operations.
    • Develop compelling job descriptions and manage end-to-end hiring process.
    • Collaborate with leadership to forecast and fulfill staffing needs.
    • Build employer branding initiatives to position Studio AsA as a preferred place to work.
  • People & Culture:
    • Cultivate a creative, inclusive, and high-trust work culture.
    • Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building events, and wellness initiatives.
    • Design onboarding and orientation experiences that reflect our values.
  • Performance & Growth:
    • Define KRAs, review cycles, and learning goals for all departments.
    • Drive performance appraisals, goal-setting, and leadership development initiatives.
    • Recommend training programs and upskilling opportunities for our teams.
  • Compliance & HR Operations:
    • Maintain HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
    • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and employee records.
    • Handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements:

A people-first, process-driven HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.

5+ years of HR experience.

Strong understanding of modern HR practices and labour laws in India.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, empathetic, and culturally sensitive.
