Job Title:

A Senior HR Leader is needed to spearhead our organization's Human Resource department.

This role will involve partnering with business leaders to attract, engage, and retain top talent that aligns with our organizational needs and values.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of strategic HR initiatives to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify critical roles and key talent, develop plans to staff critical roles with key talent, and develop talent.
  • Coach business leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and communication plans to support major organizational transformations, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives.
  • Ensure HR policies, practices, and processes comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to manage HR-related risks, such as data privacy, employee relations, and employment law compliance.
  • Provide oversight & expertise to manage employee relations, including labor and employment concerns.
  • Lead the talent management efforts to ensure the organization attracts, selects, and retains top talent.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree or relevant HR certifications are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in progressively senior HR leadership roles within complex organizations with a focus on business process management or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
