  • Develop an effective employee lifecycle, fostering positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead the development of the team, integrating HR functions, and driving business growth.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive culture change, aligning with company values.
  • Implement open and proactive communication channels, empowering employees to perform at their maximum potential.
  • Manage employee compensation, benefits, and reward programs, ensuring consistency.
  • Act as a mentor, coach, thought leader, and functional expert to management.

Requirements:

  • Must have ITES/BPO industry experience.
  • Preferred: 12+ years of relevant HRBP experience in third-party business process services companies.
  • Proven ability to identify and solve complex problems through implementation of systems based on industry best practices.
  • Must be well-versed in HR generalist responsibilities.
  • Preferred MBA/PG degree.
