Job Title: Sr./Customer Support Engineer

Our company is seeking a skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for pre-sales operations, including demos, roadshows, and site inspections.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Konica Minolta production printers and related software and hardware.
  • Maintain required site kits to minimize downtime of machines.
  • Deliver key operator training to users.
  • Ensure timely completion of service deliverables for maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize output while ensuring the most economical approach and adhering to committed time frames.
  • Contribute to service revenue growth through volume growth initiatives and inventory management.
  • Be prepared to work in a 24x7 environment as needed and travel extensively to support customers.
