Job Overview

Our team is seeking a skilled technical professional to fill the role of Payment TPH Specialist with a leading bank. This position involves providing production technical support for issues logged by users and other customer support units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage production technical support for issues logged by users and other customer support units
  • Perform jobs like incident analysis/review, impact analysis of critical issues, detailed technical analysis of complex issues
  • Periodic review of systems and interfaces and document all these in a knowledge database

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Team management experience in production support
  • Work experience on payment hubs and application interfaces for domestic payments like RTGS, NEFT
  • Technical knowledge and hands-on experience
  • Functional knowledge of payments processing

Benefits:

  • Experience of 8+ years in payments domain which should also include experience in business interaction and business stakeholder management
  • Minimum 6 years in production support in BFSI environment

Other Requirements:

  • Team management skills
  • Production support experience in BFSI environment
  • Knowledge of payment processing
