Technical Account Specialists play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional technical services.

As a seasoned subject matter expert, you will be responsible for understanding the client's operations, monitoring their support needs, and providing top-notch technical knowledge and support.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work in a pressurized environment while maintaining a positive outlook.

You will be working closely with the service operations team to strengthen the client relationship and increase client satisfaction through effective issue resolution and proactive problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the client's operations and monitor their support needs to provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Provide the highest level of technical knowledge and support to the client.
  • Work closely with the service operations team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Identify new opportunities to improve availability and reduce downtime.
  • Share insights on the client's environment with the Client Manager and contribute to upselling.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • ITIL certification is highly desirable.
  • Seasoned demonstrated experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting, handling TAC, and technical documentation.
