Your Role
  • 15+ years of overall IT experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud as a Technical Consultant.
  • Completed at least 2 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud database structure.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with:
    • BI Reports
    • Data Migration
    • Integrations
    • Workflows
  • Technical knowledge of Oracle HCM and Payroll (Cloud & EBS).
  • Desirable: Functional understanding of Cloud HCM from a technical perspective.
Your Profile
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects (MENA region).
  • Design, develop, test, and support technical components including:
    • BI Reports,Integration,Data Migrations,Workflows,Fast Formulas,HCM Extracts
  • Conduct technical workshops and engage with stakeholders for requirements gathering.
  • Perform unit testing and develop test plans for new or modified code.
  • Create and maintain documentation:
    • Requirements,Technical specifications,Training materials
  • Support and enhance existing customer solutions.
