As an Oracle Technical Consultant in Oracle Fusion Applications, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Building custom reports, interfaces, and integrations using Fusion Technology Stack. - Working with Functional Consultants to understand and review the feasibility of business requirements. - Gathering business requirements for enhancements, customizations, and developing technical requirement documents. - Testing and documenting all code changes, including unit testing, component integration testing, system integration testing, performance testing, capacity testing, and quality reviews. - Triage and resolve production support tickets effectively, accurately, efficiently, and be adept in problem/defect resolution. - Configuring, supporting, and providing subject matter expertise by working closely with Systems Team, Business Teams, End Users, and 3rd party vendors. - Following up with product vendors on SRs, Patching, Bugs, and product updates through issue closure. Additionally, the individual profile sought for this position includes: - Over five years of experience working as an Oracle Technical Consultant in Oracle Fusion Applications. - Strong Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud Technical experience. - Good knowledge of the Fusion Finance table architecture. - Experience in Data Migration (FBDi/BICC/Other loaders), Integration (BI Publisher/REST/SOAP/OIC/SOA), and Reporting (OTBI/OAS/BI Publisher) on the Oracle Fusion Application. - Well-organized and structured in approach. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
