Job Title: Program Lead

As a Program Lead, you will be responsible for driving key enterprise-wide initiatives and conceptualizing strategic plans.

  • Plan and execute strategic initiatives by working with various stakeholders.
  • Identify key strategic issues facing the organization and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Support CXOs in interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans for assigned tracks and ensure their successful execution.
  • Conduct an internal consulting project to support units.

Candidates should have:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision.
  • Work well under high pressure and produce timely deliverables in a fast-paced environment with good quality and end user satisfaction.
  • Work well with ambiguity.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Good understanding of data management and collection, modelling and interpretation across complex data sets.
  • Good understanding of Financial statements.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (including presentation skills), with attention to detail.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to convert strategic ideas into actionable and communicate them.
  • Strategic, analytical, statistical and optimization background and lateral thinker.

Qualifications:

  • Full-time MBA (preferably from tiered B-school) / CA.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years PQE.
