This is a pivotal role in shaping the growth strategy of our Resource Management division.
- We are looking for an experienced professional to expand our client base, deepen existing relationships, and influence decision-makers at the highest levels.
The ideal candidate will have 10-20 years' experience in business development, client relations, or staffing/consulting, with a proven track record in domestic IT staffing business development.
Demonstrated expertise in the GCC market with deep networks and relationships across technology-driven enterprises is essential.
A consultative, solution-oriented approach with the ability to influence senior decision-makers is required.
Strong expertise in market expansion, strategic sales, and consultative account management is necessary.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong executive presence are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leadership, aligning our solutions with client business goals.
- Business Growth: Develop and execute long-term business development strategies to expand market share and establish us as a premier staffing partner.
- Consultative Selling: Identify workforce challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive client success while ensuring scalability and cost optimization.
- Executive Relationship Management: Build and sustain high-level relationships with senior executives, particularly within Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
- Domestic IT Staffing Expertise: Drive business development specifically within the domestic IT staffing sector, leveraging networks and market knowledge.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Leverage industry insights and analytics to anticipate market shifts, influence strategy, and uncover new revenue streams.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal delivery teams, ensuring that our diverse service offerings are seamlessly integrated and represented.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain discipline in pipeline management, client documentation, invoicing, and compliance, ensuring both transparency and scalability.
- Performance Accountability: Consistently achieve business growth targets and contribute directly to the overall revenue strategy.
