Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Data Governance Professional to oversee our Data Intelligence Platform and spearhead enterprise-wide governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation and administration of the Data Intelligence Platform across the enterprise.
  • Design and configure the Operating Model (domains, assets, workflows, and roles).
  • Build and optimize custom workflows using BPMN and Workflow Designer.
  • Integrate the Data Intelligence Platform with various platforms via APIs/connectors.
  • Partner with data owners, stewards, and leadership to enforce governance policies and data stewardship models.
  • Establish frameworks for data cataloging, lineage, metadata, and quality management.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and best practices to business and technical teams.
  • Act as the Data Intelligence Platform SME and evangelist, promoting adoption and governance maturity across the organization.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with various governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years in data governance, metadata management, or data quality.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Data Intelligence Platform, including platform configuration, workflow design, and integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, stewardship, and lifecycle management.
  • Expertise with Data Intelligence Platform APIs, BPMN, and scripting.
  • Experience with data catalog, business glossary, and lineage in the Data Intelligence Platform.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Collibra Ranger or Solution Architect certification strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale Data Intelligence Platform deployments.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Foundation in data architecture or data engineering.
