As a Business Development Analyst, you will play a key role in driving our company's strategic growth initiatives.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our team of experienced consultants, Fortune 100 clients to understand their vision and devise innovative strategies for business expansion. You will be exposed to working with global clients across various industries, including Automotive, TMT, Industrials, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Private Equity, and more.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement comprehensive business plans, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Conduct market research on S&P CapIQ, IBISWorld, Merger Markets, Bloomberg, and other platforms to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Develop and present insightful analyses to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes.
  • Analyze complex data sets, synthesizing information to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Possess a keen interest in building a career in Strategy and M&A Consulting.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Demonstrate ability to break down and solve ambiguous problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
  • Showcase enterprising and collaborative professional qualities, with experience working in a team environment.
  • Achieve exposure in international client geographies, particularly desirable.
  • Prior work experience of 1-2 years in strategy houses, Big 4, boutique consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate development background preferred.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree from premier institutes globally or India.
