Senior Financial Strategist for Capital Markets Transactions

We're seeking a seasoned Capital Markets professional to lead complex transactions, advise clients on equity fundraising strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and execute capital market deals, including IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, and Bonds.
  • Offer expert guidance to clients on equity fundraising tactics, market positioning, and transaction structuring.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory frameworks and ensure all deals adhere to them.
  • Oversee end-to-end deal execution – from due diligence, drafting offer documents, to coordinating with regulators and liaising with merchant bankers, legal advisors, and auditors.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, valuations, and transaction feasibility studies to inform decision-making.
  • Nurture strong relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, merchant bankers, law firms, and intermediaries.
  • Stay abreast of capital market trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.
  • Support in preparing pitch decks, investor presentations, and transaction reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver seamless execution.
Qualifications & Experience:

CA/ Bachelor’s or master's degree in finance, Commerce is required.

A minimum of 5-6 years of proven experience in capital markets, investment banking, or financial advisory is essential.

Candidates must have hands-on deal execution experience in IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Bonds, or similar transactions.

Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and excellent analytical, research, and financial modeling skills are necessary.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities are also crucial.

An established network with market participants, including investors and intermediaries, is a plus.

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deals simultaneously is vital.
