Financial Strategist Role

We seek a seasoned Financial Strategist to oversee the company's financial activities, analyze financial performance, and provide expert guidance to senior management on future financial initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Budget Development: Design and implement comprehensive budgeting processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Cost Optimization: Conduct thorough analyses of costs and develop strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations.
  • Financial Record Management: Maintain precise financial records and perform audits as necessary.
  • Cost Center Oversight: Manage cost centers effectively to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Government Grants Administration: Oversee government grants within the finance scope.
  • Financial Meetings Leadership: Lead financial meetings to discuss performance and goals.
  • Report Generation: Deliver reports and metrics to leadership to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Skills: Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and detail-oriented analytical skills.
