Business Finance Executive

The role of Business Finance Executive is a critical one, requiring strong financial leadership and strategic planning to support business decision-making and drive growth. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial operations, ensuring compliance, and partnering with senior management to enhance profitability and efficiency.

  • Lead and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for business units, developing and implementing effective financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Partner with senior management to provide insights into revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability, using data-driven analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight variances with actionable recommendations, ensuring that financial performance is aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end accounting, compliance, taxation, and internal control processes, maintaining accurate and timely financial records and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct financial modeling, business case preparation, and return on investment (ROI) analysis for new projects and investments, providing strategic guidance to senior management on major business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals, driving business success through effective financial planning and execution.
Key Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA)
  • 12–15 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably in IT/Consulting
  • Strong exposure to financial analysis, business partnering, and strategic decision support
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, financial tools, and Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
