Job Summary:

The Group Finance Director will lead the overall financial management of the organization, encompassing strategy, reporting, compliance, risk management, and investor relations.

We seek a highly experienced finance leader to oversee our financial operations across multiple business units and geographies. This leadership role will be critical in shaping financial strategies, ensuring compliance, and driving sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee financial operations across group entities and global business units.
  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting.
  • Oversee tax planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term growth strategies.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • CA / CPA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent advanced financial qualification.
  • 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in corporate finance, international accounting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, taxation, compliance, and risk management.
  • Experience in IT Consulting, Technology, or Professional Services industry strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
