Senior Finance Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
  • Development of transfer pricing workings for inter-entity transactions.
  • Management of bank payments, AP invoice booking, and payroll for our Indian entity.
  • Coordination with internal teams for AP and tax-related activities.
  • Participation in statutory audits, due diligences, and internal audits.
  • Responsibility for monthly book closing, including accruals and capitalization.
  • Management of the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and reconciliation with our accounts.
  • Review of vendor ledgers and aging on a monthly basis.
  • Preparation of cash flow projections.
  • Evaluation and enhancement of financial systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
  • 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate environment, preferably with global exposure.
  • Experience in start-ups that have achieved scale is a plus.
  • Ability to handle coordination with multiple internal and external teams.
  • Knowledge of IndAS/ IFRS is essential.
  • Excellent working skills of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of ERP environment, specifically SAP, COUPA, or DarwinBox, is an added advantage.
