Executive Leadership Role in Capital Markets

Job Description:

As a senior executive, you will oversee the execution of IPO mandates from start to finish. This involves ensuring timely preparation and submission of offer documents, including due diligence, documentation, regulatory filings, marketing, and listing.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with internal teams (origination, compliance, research, sales) and external advisors (lawyers, auditors, registrars, etc.) to achieve seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Regulatory expertise is crucial in this position, requiring a deep understanding of SEBI, MCA, and stock exchange regulations related to IPOs and public offerings. You will manage regulatory queries, observations, and approvals with precision and professionalism.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with promoters, board members, and senior employees of client companies is vital for success in this role. A collaborative environment will be fostered, promoting successful outcomes.

Investor engagement is another critical aspect of this job, involving planning and executing investor roadshows, analyst meets, and IPO marketing strategies (Domestic and International). Effective messaging to institutional and retail investors is essential.

Transparency and trust are paramount in this role, ensuring accurate reporting of all material data throughout the process.

A robust industry network, including regulators and other authorities, will be developed and maintained to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices.

Interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, as well as expertise in issue management and conflict resolution.
